Our handcrafted, fully-equipped sauna provides an oasis of relaxation, where customers can enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of heat therapy in a serene coastal setting.
Inspired by Nordic traditions, our handcrafted Arbor X sauna blends traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Welsh coastline, Aberpoeth is a space to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

These sessions are great for Groups of Family & Friends to experience the great benefits of sauna use together. Time to relax, and enjoy each other’s company for a hour-long session.
Communal Session

Our unique Arbor X communal sessions allow up to 8 people to share, connect, and experience the Health Benefits of our sauna Experience.

Alexis Massage
Alexis who has extensive experience in massage therapy and posture correction offers a truly bespoke, restorative experience. Each session lasts 15 minutes and is tailored to your needs.
