Sauna Bookings

How do I book a sauna session?

  • All bookings are made online through our website or booking system. Simply choose your session type and time, number of people, and follow the checkout process.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

  • Yes — you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit or refund. Cancellations made later than that cannot be refunded.

What should I bring?

  • Please bring a towel to sit on and a towel to try yourself, swimsuit, and water bottle. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in before your session starts and ready to use the sauna.

Is the sauna private or shared?

  • You can book private sessions or communal sessions depending on your preference. Communal sessions are mixed gender unless stated otherwise.

Memberships

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

  • Members enjoy discounted sauna events, early access to events, discount on items in coffee house and exclusive members-only times. You’ll also be part of a growing wellness community by the sea.

How do I join?

  • Memberships can be purchased directly through our website or booking link. Once signed up, you’ll receive a unique code (In your confirmation email) which you will have to redeem via our booking system.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

  • Memberships are for individual use only. Communal members may invite one guest to join them in their session, but sharing memberships beyond this is not permitted.

Can I cancel my membership?

  • You can cancel any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period but you won’t be charged.

The Coffee House

What are your opening times?

  • We’re open Monday, Tuesday (From 3pm), Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 8:00am – 8:00pm, serving locally roasted Dwyfor Coffee and fresh in-house bakes. (Subject to Weather)

Do you serve food?

  • Yes! We serve a wellness-inspired menu featuring açai bowls, granola pots, and healthy cakes made by our in-house baker Wiqtoria.

Do you cater to dietary needs?

  • Absolutely — we offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. Please let us know of any allergies when ordering.

Where are you located?

  • We’re based on North Aberystwyth Promenade, overlooking the sea. Look for the ABERPOETH container near the North Beach end of the prom.

Is there parking nearby?

  • Yes — there’s on-street parking along the promenade and nearby side roads.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

  • Yes — digital gift cards are available online, perfect for birthdays or wellness gifts.

Are you open year-round?

  • Yes, we operate all year — embracing every season of Welsh weather!

Do we have any toilets?

  • Unfortunately not on site, public toilets are located 400m away.
